Posters will be displayed in the River Ballroom of the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Towers.
Learner’s Digest International is working with the Congress to provide high quality poster printing available for onsite pick up at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers.
You may get started by following the steps below:
1. Go to: www.call4posters.com/ilts
2. Enter your Username and your Password in the lower left corner. This information will be e-mailed to all presenters from Learner’s Digest International. Please contact technical support listed below if you need to obtain a copy of your username/password.
Please Note: Until you enter your username/password, you will not be in the ILTS specific poster site.
This service is voluntary, however the Congress hopes you will find it a convenient and easy way to produce a professional poster for your meeting needs.

The Congress will supply the board, with a sign noting your poster number. The number sign does NOT include the abstract title or listing of authors. Posters will be mounted, using pushpins supplied by the Congress. The Poster board size is 4 feet vertical by 8 feet horizontal.

You must list the abstract title and authors on the top of your poster. The lettering for your title should not be less than 3.5 cm. Illustrations should be similar to those you would use for making slides but more heavily drawn.
All presenters are required to include a statement disclosing any conflict of interest related to your abstract. This should be visible on your poster or poster board.
The Congress Office assumes no responsibility for receiving or mounting any poster. The Congress is not responsible for any poster boards not taken down during the dismantle date/time listed on your poster notification.

Recommendations you make during your presentation involving clinical medicine must be based on evidence that is accepted within the profession of medicine as adequate justification for their indications and contraindications in the care of patients. We also encourage you to report to the audience the levels of evidence you are using to support your clinical recommendations.
