Group Registration Fees
There are no discounts for group registration. You may contact Maureen Sojka at email@example.com for group registration forms and instructions.
Requests for refunds must be submitted by May 20, 2014 to be reimbursed. There will be a $75 processing fee for all refunds. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. Refund requests received after May 20, 2014 will not be honored.
Group registration pickup times will be assigned in June 2015. Please do not contact us about pickup times. Group pickups will be available at the Congress Center. If your registrants plan to pick up their badges on their own, please let us know so we can cancel your pick up time. All group changes must be received by June 17th; after June 17th changes must be made onsite. All accounts must be paid in full prior to pickup.
Materials will not be mailed prior to the meeting; all badges will be printed upon arrival. Meeting materials (badges, ribbons, and bag, program book) may be collected at the registration desk. Tickets for ticketed events will be distributed with badges. Ticket events are limited attendance; replacement tickets will not be issued for lost tickets.
If you plan to have a group leader pick up the meeting materials for your group, be aware that we are not able to assist with transport of registration materials. Please make arrangements in advance.
